Pan Fried Perch

Ingredients

  1. 12 fillets of perch
  2. 3 eggs whipped
  3. 4 cups bread crumbs
  4. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry until crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside.
