Bumbarger Fish Fry

Ingredients

  1. whipped eggs
  2. flour
  3. bread crumbs
  4. salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Fillet the fish, cut into small strips if it is a larger fish. Roll the fillet in the flour, then dip it in the eggs, finally roll in bread crumbs. Fry in skillet or deep fryer until golden brown. fyi, I have tried this recipe with just about every type of fish and they are all delicious. Info: Mix salt and pepper to taste in with the bread crumbs.
