Bran Walleye
Submitted By

Saw this recipe on In-Fisherman about 6 years ago. The bran cereal adds a kinda sweet taste to it. Delish!
Ingredients
3# of Walleye fillets
2-3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups of crushed bran cereal
1 cup of pancake mix
Instructions
Mix milk in with eggs & whip. In 3 seperate bowls put egg/milk mix, crushed cereal and pancake mix. Wash fillets and pat dry. Dip walleye in pancake mix, then in egg/milk mix, then roll in cereal. Put in hot skillet with about 1/2" to 3/4" of oil. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side and serve with oven baked potato wedges.
