Perch Fry

Ingredients

  1. Perch
  2. House of Autry Breading mix

Instructions

  1. Use either Medium hot or regular breading mix. I sometimes mix the two at a ratio of two parts regular to one part medium hot. Put the breading mix in a zip bag and put in perch fillets. Shake well and fry. Yummy. I get the breading mix at Poor Richard's East.
